For those who asked... My seafood soup recipe
4 cups of H2O
Vegetable Bullion
Mushroom Bullion
2 FROZEN fillets of Pacific Chum salmon
1 can baby clams
1 can smallest shrimp you can get
1/2 a 400g package frozen scallops
2 meduim Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/2 a 300 g package baby carrots
1 small onion
1 can mushroom bits
fresh rosemary
fresh sage
fresh thyme
2 medium or small garlic cloves ( depending on how garlicky you want it)
salt
Pepper
Drain cans into pot, DO NOT ADD CONTENTS JUST JUICE!
Pour H2O , Salmon fillets, bullion cubes, crushed garlic, one stalk of rosemary, sage and thyme.
Bring to boil. Dice ongion add to pot. reduce heat to simmer. simmer until fillets fall apart. ( about 1/2 hour)
Slice potoatoes thinly, no more than 1/2 cm wide and 1 cm high. Cut carrots in half.
Add contents of cans, frozen scallops, veggies, salt and pepper.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Serve.
