It's always funny how things go.. I got all dolled up on fri to go out.. and buggered up my wrist so I couldn't.. then on Sat.. got all dolled up.. and*nothing* I mean *nothing* was going on.. so went home shortly after midnight.. :p what is it about a band that wants to sound like a bunch of cats in a bad getting the crap beaten out of them? yes we had *shudder* a LIVE BAND at the Wreck'd Room last night that sounded like "Alexis on Fire" as most were saying.. each song sounded the same.. waaaay too loud and no noticable difference in tunes.. *bleah* The upshot was that witht he live band the pedophile didn't show up! *yay!* That's a good thing 'cause the bouncers are getting lots of "would you ignore us please while we drag him outside and pound the shit outtaa him?" questions and bribes.. and the poor bouncer by law is *obligated* to say.. "Sorry man, I can't let you do that.." no matter how tempted he is to say "go ahead!" poor guy! * the bouncer* that is! ;)

I'm keeping myself amused by reading a few blogs of other people.. and they're busy trashing each other in the "high school rumour mill" style. They complain about the rumours and have come to the conclusion htat they're reading each other's blogs.. and sooo they're now posting veiled and subtle insults to each other on them! Really quite funny! :D Especially if you know the background as to "why" this is going on.. and as an independant observer who knows two of the three main players in Calgary.. teehee! *snerk* It's too funny.

*sigh* Yes. Yes, I know I need to find a new hobby... but hey; I watch Jerry Springer too! This is by far more entertaining and slightly more intelligent too. :D It's like an inside joke.. but if you want to try and figure things out.. the blogs are Sinful Desires and Suspiria. You've got to read Sinful's first to get the gist of things.. start around Feb. 1 or 2. *grins* and read that Suspiria is behind the beginning. :D
